Aqualife was contracted by Reynolds Polymer Technologies Asia Inc, to install and waterproof four Rcast Acrylic Pool Panels. Our experienced team installed the acrylic panels at the bottom of a swimming pool on a skyscraper roof top. The project is unique and takes place on the 30th floor of the skyscraper. The transparent floor of the swimming pool creates a feeling of a bottomless swimming pool. When the project will be completed, the living room will have an amazing underwater view to the swimming pool. Moreover, during the day, the sunbeams will light the leaving room and at night the blue swimming pool led light will add an interesting light effect to the apartment’s atmosphere. Furthermore the panels are cylindrical and their width is 140cm each.
After preparing the rebate openings we patched the transparent floor with the proper waterproofing materials to give a strong anchor effect and have a unified core surface. As soon as we completed the waterproofing process our rebates were ready for the acrylic positioning. We delivered the project after 7 days.
